Cialis side effects

Like any other ED drug, Cialis has several side effects and one should be aware of before taking a Cialis dosage. There are however not very mild especially when you take the dosage correctly.

Common side effects include headache and dyspepsia. Other side effects include may range from upper respiratory tract infection, myalgia, back pain, cough, and nasal congestion. These are the most commonly reported side effects and the expected ones. However, they range from person to person and also depend on your conditions you are taking Cialis in. The following side effects are also common; there may be cases of acid or sour stomach, indigestion and heartburns. Belching may also occur and some stomach discomfort, upset, or pain. These are usually associated with the stomach. There is also some other side effects that occur all over the body like burning feeling in the chest or stomach, dry mouth and dryness or soreness of the throat. You may also experience increased erection, lack or loss of strength, loose stools, muscle aching and muscle stiffness.
These are the most reported side effects of Cialis and they should not worry you too much when they occur. However you should always check with your Cialis provider to make sure that all is okay.

Other Minor Side Effects

Some of the side effects that can occur after consuming Cialis may not need medical attention. As your body adjusts to the medicine during treatment these side effects may go away. Your doctor may also be able to tell you about ways to reduce or prevent some of these side effects. If any of the following side effects continue, then you should consider changing the particular type of Cialis you are taking or consult your doctor for more information.
If you become dizzy or nauseated, or have pain, numbness, or tingling in your chest, arms, neck, or jaw during sexual activity, stop and call your doctor right away. You could be having a serious side effect of Cialis.
Stop using Cialis and get emergency medical help if you have sudden vision loss. Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. These should not be taken lightly when they occur.

Medication to take along with Cialis

Some medicines will cause unwanted or dangerous effects when used with Cialis. Tell your doctor about all your current medicine to avoid any unwanted consequences. You will also need to do some research on the medication that should not be taken alongside Cialis. Do not take Cialis if you are also using a nitrate drug for chest pain or heart problems, including nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, and some recreational drugs such as “poppers”. Taking Cialis with a nitrate medicine can cause a sudden and serious decrease in blood pressure.
Cialis may however interact with the following medications: alpha blockers, such as alfuzosin (UroXatral), doxazosin (Cardura), prazosin (Minipress), or terazosin (Hytrin), used to treat high blood pressure or an enlarged prostate.
